Guest Post: The Connecticut Home

Designer Joe Nahem maintained the classical bones of this two-storey house located in Connecticut, ensuring that the transition from the traditional exterior to the lively, modern new interior wouldn't be disconcerting.





I love the dusky gray walls and the seating area that's centered around the gorgeous piece of art metal settee by Ron Arad.
The contrast between the metal and the soft fabric adds interest to this beautiful space making it young, lively and electric where every piece of furniture is carefully placed and each piece is a contemporary piece of sculpture in itself!
